🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At (AAG Mart ), we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, undergarments, and sale/discounted products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at aagmart50@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03263876498 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our customer care team will guide you through the process and share the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was incorrect or faulty.)

3. Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns (faulty, damaged, or wrong item sent).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Depending on your payment method, refunds may appear in your account within 5–7 additional business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Intimates/lingerie for hygiene reasons

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
