  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, or any other secure payment options available at checkout.

4. Orders & Shipping

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Shipping Fee is 200 Only.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,000.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging within the specified period.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
